configuring wireless connections from the local device

Postby charleskelly » 13 Jan 2015, 22:58

Ok, so I've done a little dig around and can't find what I'm looking for so I'll post it here. Apoligies if there is already a thread on this.

I want to use rune audio exactly as intended, use it as a headless player to be controlled from my various devices. How ever, when it came to configuring it, I want to configure it to run on my wireless network instead of through my Ethernet ports. As far as i understand you first have to get it connected to ethernet to access the runeaudio.local then you can configure wifi settings from there. My question is however, is there a way to configure wifi WITHOUT doing this. So from the pi its self basically. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.
