5 inch elecrow touchscreen

Anyone have an image of rune audio built that will fit RPA05010R elecrow 5 in touchscreen...when running on raspberry pi 3 it is not full screen and touch is disabled even when touch setting is enabled

My official 7 inch display is working great.
