Rune is a great product. It will be ashamed to let it fade away into obscurity. Perhaps active recruitment of someone who is willing [has the time] to take over the reigns?

There seems to be at least 2-3 very capable coders here who are not on the Rune team.

It is very frustrating when a project which has pretty much become a part of daily life stalls like this. Is there anyone out there who could work out how to hide the volume control when it is disabled and how to make the UI buttons larger and with more space between them? That, and making the play/pause icon toggle correctly, is all I would require from a version 2.

Failing that, what are the alternatives to Rune?
