audio quality settings

i'm new to RuneAudio, and i use it through RPi3 + jack-RCA cable to my home amplifier as AUX input.
with hdmi GUI on TV it is not useable (headless mode i read in forum...) so i control it only with my android device (which is the intended use case).
So thanks to v0.4-beta and the Access Point it becomes useable. That's really great!

despite i had to find the suitable SD card-USB adapter, it now shows the songs.

so the blocking problem now I have to turn the amplifier volume to the maximum to hear the music... which of course gives a low quality i would say.

Is there any way or setting to have a better audio quality ?

so i will look for a I2S card..

about not usable on TV :
i thought the "default" usage was to set the RPi/Rune to the same local wifi network as my android phone.
but i was unable to set the network key without the mouse (i must admit that i spent some time trying, blindly and i almost succeeded once, even with the keyboard window on top of the wifi key field, but then i gave up ). so i was extremely happy to discover in the forum the 0.4-beta with access point. Then connecting my phone to that AP, that looks ok
