Auto Refesh Interfaces & Sources on restart

Postby ringzer » 28 Dec 2014, 13:32

I have noticed that on restart of my Pi, I need to manually refresh the network interfaces and sources for it to work properly. It has been mentioned here before: runeaudio-0-3-beta-for-raspberry-pi-t502-230.html#p3549 but I didnt see a reply to this.

I have two questions:

1. Will this be fixed in a future release?
2. Is there any command I can add to a start up script to ensure this is automatically done?

Thanks. Awesome piece of software by the way!

Hi ringzer,
a refactoring of the network section is under development for the next 0.4 release, so please wait for it as it should solve all these issues.

ACX,

Thank you for your reply and apologies for not replying until now.

Do you have a date for the release date of 0.4? I couldn't find it anywhere on here.

Also, I've tried looking around the code but can't find out what command would effectively refresh interfaces and sources. If you can help with with that command I can put that in crontab.

Thanks,

Ciaran
