Can't find rc.local in RuneAudio setup

I try to install ATXRASPI on my Raspberry Pi 2 and RuneAudio. ATX RSAPI is a Power on/off hardware/software for Raspberry PI.

In the installation setup the system look for the file rc.local but it could not find it.
My question is if you can help me to say where that file is located

First thank you for your support. My Linux knowledge is = 0

Do you mean create the file /etc/systemd/system/rc-local.service because that file does not exist in /etc/systemd/system/

Do I also need to create the file /etc/rc.local ?

/usr/lib/systemd/system/rc-local.service
