Can't mount NAS

Postby zorglub76 » 12 Aug 2016, 23:45

Hi guys,

I have a problem connecting to NAS. I have an external hard drive connected to Xiaomi WiFi Router. I can access this drive from PC using this address "\\my-network".
I'm not sure what is the ip address of that NAS - is it the same as the router's address (192.168.31.1)?
When I try connecting it to Rune Audio as NFS and with the above address, I get "mount.nfs: Connection timed out" (after ~5sec).
When I try as SMB/CIFS and with "my-network" as ip address, I get "mount error: could not resolve address for my-network: Unknown error"

Help! :)

Merry Christmas to all

One year later but now I need some help.
I'm using Fritz.Box NAS and I can reach it in Win10 with my adress 192.168.178.1/nas and I'm requested for sign in.

If I use the RuneAudio App and put in the IP-adress and as directory 'Musik' (like the last post 13.Aug.2016) I get a red cross in the list after 'Save mount'.
I created a user and Password and put it into the Rune-App on Android. But it don't work.

Hallo Frank

Danke Frank.
Mit Brille hätte das nicht passieren müssen.
