Cannot connect my external USB dac (Chord Qute Ex)

Hi All,

I am new to this forum and have searched a similar problem but cannot find one so I decide to post this to be able to get some help.
I have a rpi-3 with rune audio setup but cannot see a USB as an option in the Audio out, I can only see HDMI and Audio jack, was trying to connect my Chord Qute Ex with no success at all. Audio can be output from HDMI using my TV as a monitor.
Please help.

post your debug data with the DAC plugged in.
