Cant delete saved wifi profile? Bug? (Solved)

I usually use ethernet cable but decided to see how wifi comes along and i saved the profile and now when i click on it there is no options to delete or anything? Just tells me the following:
Network SSID
Status
Signal Strength
Encryption

Under neath i am guessing delete / disconnect / cancel is meant to appear? But it doesnt.. Also to note, i set the ip static to: 192.168.1.46 (the same as my ethernet) as i got ports open to allow connection outside the LAN. Anyway, i am trying to disconnect or delete to connect back to my ethernet but it wont work? The ethernet cable is plugged in and it is showing an X beside ETH0 with no ip assigned (but when i click in it says status connected but assigned ip is none). But the IP is set to static and it shows my ip details correctly? (The same as my wifi) with the 192.168.1.46 (i understand there is a conflict but if i can just delete the wifi (which i cant) then i guess it will all work?) So confusing xD

P.s: I cant even edit the wifi profile what so ever? Not even the static / dynamic ip settings are showing no nothing. Not sure if it is a bug or not?

I now set the IP for ETH0 to .45 to prevent conflict but not working.. With that said, from my knowledge of computers / networks.. Isnt ethernet not meant to dominate the wifi once plugged in? Automatically using the ethernet seeing as it is indeed stable yet better connect?

Anyway, even with the ip now changed there is still no luck. I cant even locally access it on the ip / hostname i have to use the local browser on the pi over HDMI to access everything?
