Chanel Swaps

Postby aholloway17 » 12 Jun 2017, 01:11

I've been experiencing the odd phenomenon of my channels swapping pretty routinely on my RPI. The Pi was first imaged with Raspberian Jessie Light, updated, and then I installed Rune Audio. The folks over at HiFi Berry said I should download the version released in 12/2016 as the fix was put in to correct a kernel. That was not the fix as it still happens.

So I have these questions; does anyone know the real fix? Also, if I image the SD with RA does that overwrite everything previously on the SD or am I missing something?

Thanks,

This is the thread that fixed the same problem for me: sudden-shifts-in-imaging-phase-shifts-solved-t4238.html#p18589

Hi buckaroo,

updating to the latest kernel version does not work anymore.
With kernel >= 4.29 /proc/cpuinfo always shows Hardware = BCM2835, so our platform detection does not work properly.

@ aholloway17
Please try version.
