Connection is not very stable with my NAS

Recently, I have upgraded my Synology NAS from DS214SE to DS416. However, the connection is not very stable, it will disconnected automatically. please let me know how can I fix that. Many thank you.

I have modified but doesn't work...... I will try to remove all source data from my Pi3 let see work or not. Thank you buddies.
