Constantly Connecting when changing settings

Postby rhino_ninja » 05 May 2015, 16:28

Hi.
Through trial and tribulation and re-RTFM, I have got RuneAudio setup and running.

However it seems each time I make a tweak to MPD, a setting, or any random changes, RuneAudio goes into a constant loop of Connecting.

The only way around this is to unplug it, pull the card, stick it back in my Windows Tablet, flash the disk, remount the image, and go through setup first on my Ethernet, then disconnect it once it has my wifi settings in, and move it to my area across the house where I set it up at.

I have had to do this over 6 times in 2 days. There isn't really any consistent cause either outside of changing a setting. I change say, the audio output setting fine and it gets stuck on connection. I flash, I reload, and go back change the audio setting again - no issue. I go to disable the software audio controller, stuck on connection. Reflash, go back, reset 5 previous settings and then go back and change the software audio controller - fine. Then I go change MPD to update automatically, stuck on connecting. Rinse, repeat.

Is there any solution outside of flashing? I have tried pulling the power and reloading, still stuck on connecting until I flash it.

I am running a Raspberry PI B, 8 gb 10 rating SDHC card, into a USB powered hub into a Modi DAC.

Did you tried using another browser like Google Chrome?
You didn't mentioned whit which OS and Browser you tried connecting so far.
Good luck.
