DSD demo files offered by OPPO

Hi, there are some DSD demo files offere by OPPO, that can be useful for testing :

Just found this post and tried the demo files. The FLAC version plays but the .dsf files don't. Rune appears to be playing them but there is no audio output.

Is this a limitation of my DAC card (IQaudiO Pi-DAC+) ?

Thanks, disabling DSD allows them to play, presumably converted on the fly as descibed in the post you referred to. Presumably we lose quality doing this?
