Electronic Distortion With Airplay

Hi,

I am using a respberry Pi B with Rune Audio 3 alpha
I am able to play music cleanly from an attached NFS share, but when I try to play music from my wife's computer over Airplay it comes out all distorted in a weird electronic way, not white noise but electronically jumbled.

I have submitted a githib bug report, but was wondering if this was a common issue with an already know solution

Bump. I have the same issue w/ a USB DAC. Library playback sounds great, Airplay playback is distorted and robotic sounding. I've had to switch to Volumio as a workaround as Airplay playback works fine there.
