Err_address_unreachable on Pi3

Hi there. I appear to be having and intermittent issue why trying to connect to my PI3 in that every now and again I get the above error.
Invariably after a few tries it will start working but on occasions it will take quite a while. Is it something I am doing wrong?

to help we need more information.

- browser?
- connecting via "runeaudio" or IP address?
- wired ethernet or wifi?
- does it happen during spotify, airplay or playing files from NAS?
- DHCP or static IP?

Chrome on Android
Connecting via runeaudio and I address
WiFi
Works fine when finally connected, tends to happen when trying to connect after a period of non use. I tend to play files from a hard drive.
Not sure (sorry). It appears to connect to the same ip address each time if that helps?
