I2s Ui interface and Sox on Rasp3

Hi,
I saw that in the old Rasp Pi you can choose the i2s in the UI with 3 different kernel options and in the last pi3 you need to edit the config.txt.
Is it possible to have it back?

And is it possible to have Sox on the UI?
