No, this is not possible to my knowledge. Runeaudio is an operating system designed for audio by itself and not just an app.
If you want to play music and browse with Chrome on a Raspberry Pi 4 , you might want to try Lineage OS which is Android for Pi or browse with Chomium on Raspberry Pi OS, formerly knows as Raspbian. Also check if these operationg systems are compatible with a hifi module. Raspbian did.
