ip address keeps changing

The only thing (I think I did) was change the IPAddress....I did not know how to edit the boot thing....

So any suggestions. I am off to take the kinder to school

I found the problem with the noise...it was the cable. I bought a new one from the shop and back in business.....

Next the wifi and the blue tooth...????
