please can you explain the reason why you need ipv6 enabled.

Because our control unit of the house work when possible on IPv6.

The benefit is, that you don´t "need" a IP Adress ... we connect link local ... and so neither the control unit or the RuneAudio Player has to setup in detail any Ip configuration.

it´s more easy and each hardware has with link local his own unique IPv6 address.

I print the IPv6 as QR Code on the housing and with the smartphone you can scan and must not type
