Hi Gordon,
thanks for your feedback.
As you can see, I've crafted a specific sound signature profile optimized for Pi-DAC (autoselected when you load the i2S module).
I've tried to pull out the best sound possible from your hardware.
On my listening tests, this kernel profile performs a clear improvement of audio performances.
Let me know what is your experience with these settings.

Hi folks, just moved over here from Volumio (primarily for last.fm support) and am very impressed so far!

I'm running the 0.3Beta with an IQaudIO and have selected 'hardware' volume control but the dial on the web UI does nothing. Running alsamixer from the command line lets me alter the volume, tho.

I realise this should maybe be in the beta thread but figured I'd get a more focussed response for this hardware in here.

Never mind, went back to Gordon's first post about getting the device numbers correct and it's all working for me now.
