Is Rune available to download to a Windows or Mac OS?

All the downloads seem to be for systems I'm unfamiliar with. Have a MAC and PC but didn't see any downloads for them. Do I need to purchase a bare bones computer w/ Raspberry on it to use the software? Need help figuring it out.

Since no one else answered and I'm not sure whether you've found the answer or not theres a tab at the top of the screen that reads devices. Click it and there are the platforms that presently run RuneOs.

More specifically...
Most software used to build RuneAudio is open source and available for windows. the issue is building the damn thing and integrating is with windows so that it works well. And for what benefit?
