Hi, and merry Christmas to you all.

My Kali reclocker with piano 2.1 is on its way to my pi3 with rune - looking forward to it.

Can i just update rune from git nightlies and the piano should work? Also can i set it to 2.0 as i do not have a subwoofer?

I received the Piano 2.1 DAC some weeks ago, with the Sparky board. Very excited about the sound quality, especially in combination with de KALI reclocker. Till now, I tried Max2Play and Volumio. Both not satisfying. Volumio is very buggy. And the subwoofer volume is not following the player volume. So whenever you change the volumo of the player, you have to adjust the subwoofer volume by hand.

It would be great to have Runeaudio with Sparky/Piano 2.1 support. I want to help with beta-testing, if that helps this product.

I too would like to help.
Received the kali with piano today, but rune does not show any allo piano dac to select in mpd settings. Can someone please le me know hoe to use it with 2.2 from the piano?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tried Volumio and it worked directly after selecting the piano dac as output.

You can drive it, as a 2.0 device, by selecting IQAudio Dac+. As per his post above, Frank is still working on full 2.1/2.2 implementation

Thanks so much for the Tipp, so i guess for rune it is waiting then untill 2.2 can be used. So leave volumio running for now, good that it is only my backup platform, main rig still running rune smoothly with digi +
