LCD in RuneAudio! Can't get the info from mpd in the screen!

I am using a raspberry pi with volumio. Yesterday i connected by 4x20 LCD Display and played around with python.
The song information i use comes from the mpc.
Also i have played with the json object but had not enough time to completed it yesterday.

Do you need my sample python code?

I also want to implement the Information from spotify and Airplay, here helped me Harry in the volumio forum:

edit: I am trying to use python because most of the tutorials are based on it. If there is a simple way I am really up to it.
