Linux launcher how to?

I just switched to Linux Mint Cinnamon 17.2
I'm trying to create some sort of launcher/icon/button that will launch the RuneAudio interface; ideally something I can add to Docky. I'm sure this is straightforward, but I haven't worked it out yet.

You could use Nuvola Player with my service integration . It also supports multimedia keys and MPRIS.
