Make buttons larger

hello all,

i am using rune audio on a RPi 2B with the raspberry touchscreen.

i want to make the play controls and the bottom menu's larger.
i read this topic: support-for-7-touchscreen-monitor-for-raspberry-pi-t2868.html
and tried to do do it but nothing was happening. which part of the css do i have to edit to get it working?

I have installed it, GPIO function is super! going to need it in the future.

But how do i make the buttons bigger?

in /srv/http/assets/css/custom.css:
There are couple of #menu-top and #menu-bottom items to play with.

Thanks RERN for you help.

i now have a bigger interface, but....
now the middle part is not fitting anymore, how can i adjust it to make it fit?
also the top en bottom menu do not disappear any more.

your solution in custom.js works, thanks.

your solution in custom.css did not work, this only makes the space between the time-knob and the buttons smaller.

is there another option that i can do?

each of above flow left to right, wrap to new row on full

The #coverart was hidden so the rest moved up to filled the place instead.
