Hi,
I just finished setting everything up (and unfortunately I do have problems with my shares from my Synology.
Had the same with volumio (and this is one reason I dropped volumio in favor of rune) - so probably this has something to do with mpd.
The share is beautifully mounted (so far so good) - either as NFS or SMB/CIFS share (volume1/music)
When I reboot, the share is listed: mount error(101): Network is unreachable Refer to the mount.cifs(8) manual page (e.g. man mount.cifs)
(same applies to NFS)
Would it be the "official workaround" to manually mount using /etc/fstab ?
On a different computer, mounting works of course, and even on the runeaudio via ssh, I can manually mount using smbclient.
The debug-log shows:
[ 104.342893] CIFS VFS: Error connecting to socket. Aborting operation.
[ 104.346670] CIFS VFS: cifs_mount failed w/return code = -101
Maybe interesting to know here, that I don't have ethernet connected, but using a WiFi dongle.
Second, on the library page, there is no "Artist" or "Album" or anything (even when mounted and let index for a while), only "Network Mounts", "USB Mount", "Webradio", "Spotify", "Jamendo" and "Dirble" (the last three I'd rather like to remove...)
Third, and last:
There is no mpd.log (even when log state set to verbose); there is no such file in /var/log
Manually adding the "log directory" in the /etc/mpd.conf did not change anything as well.
Strange.
RPi is a new A+ model
Runeaudio is 0.3beta
Thanks for any help!
Best regards,
Steffen
