Music Player

Postby welshmark » 24 Jul 2015, 19:51

I have just finished building a music player using RuneAudio, raspberry Pi and HiFiBerry Amp+. Mostly a test of my woodworking ability it was done as cheaply as possible. I am very pleased with the finished item. All I need now it to be able to play Spotify and adjust the volume. Big thanks to RuneAdio for an awesome piece of software, keep up the good work and please fix spotify ;)

Hope you like it

Is there any update regarding spotify volume control? For me this is probably the biggest issue, actually the only issue. With the spotify volume control working in Runeaudio I would have the perfect system

Many Thanks

I finally managed to acomplish a similar setup: RP2+7inchTouchscreen+DigiberryDAC+
Problem is that although MPD is working and also the Spotify plug in from within Runeaudio works great, I have no sound at all with Spotify Connect.
But I''m happy that it autostarts when booting, took me a while ;-)
Any hints on this? Also when not using DigiberryDAC+ I have no luck so far.
