Networking RaspPi3 and NAS

I have a router configured as an AP.
A NAS (Synology DS218) is connected on the LAN.

I want to connect my Pi to the NAS via the router, on Cable.
To have the best streaming of audio from NAS to Rune.
There will be only Rune and its NAS on this router.

I also want to Control Rune on WiFi (laptop, Android, IPad) as I do now.

Is it at all possible to have booth interfaces (Cable and WiFi) running at the same time on RaspPi ?
Suppose that RaspPi is connected to LAN only.
Will my GUI on the contol device be slowed down because of competion with the streaming of audio on the LAN ?

I am asking because I do not want to start experimenting to achieve the impossoble !
And possibly destroy my configuration
What is your best proposal in this case ?

That is exactly what I have set up just now !
NAS and RaspPi to router LAN.
NAS and RaspPi accessed via WiFi with seemingly no problems.
Control of devices via WiFi.

What remains now is that Rune can not see any files in the share.
But the share is not empty !
