New to streaming music

Hi folks,
really glad to find this support forum. I have been thinking of going down the Sonos route with music streaming but I have a Pi sitting around not doing much so would love to integrate it with my and hi-fi system so that |I can access 192kHz resolution music files. Could someone point me in the right direction please?

depending on your needs makes what you need different.

it should all work for the most part but the community is here to help.
