Please enter your remote directory name without the two slashes
it has to be
MyBookLive/Public
and not
//MyBookLive/Public

Hi CJT80,

are you shure that your remote directory is called "MyBookLive/Public"?

Please also try "Public" instead. Keep also in mind that this entry is case sensitive.

Wow, after MUCH mucking around and trying to solve the issue, I solved it with the help of this post:

I changed the directory to: Public/Shared Music/ (having A: Moved the music file into Shared Music first, and B: making sure I put a Space between Shared and Music)
