NO network, then mouse pointer visible
Last edition. 7 inch screen. All works well. I noticed that, if the pi is not connected to the network, the mouse pointer is visible on the screen. If the pi is connected to the network, the mouse pointer will not be visible. Of course, the checkmark is OFF in the setting.

I think the problem is not with the network or the mouse, maybe you have some button paralysis or you can go and clean the computer again
