Hi Guys
I'm a new user, new to Raspberry Pi's and running a B+ pi with a Hifiberry DAC+ on Volumio and the sound is brilliant, the best I've achieved from digital streaming so far.
I'm trying out other software OS's before sticking with one and have so far wasted a day with max2play which took hours and whilst the sound equalled Volumio the squeezebox interface just feels dated and I couldn't get to grips with jivelite.
Rune installed so much easier and quicker but I can't work out how to get sound ?
The Docs troubleshooting guide suggests editing existing lines and comments in the config.txt and /etc/modules-load.d/raspberrypi.conf
Config.txt does not include the required device tree to edit - I downloaded and installed 0.3-beta_20141029_2GB(2).img.gz
Any advice on how to edit the config to achieve a sound output?
