I just installed Runeaudio on my Raspi 3. I use a Hifiberry DAC +, and I don't have any sound. I've made a lot a research, tried everything I found, and nothing worked. The sound works when I use the Jack port. I used the RuneAudio_rpi2_rp3_0.4-beta_20160321_2GB.img image.
Here's what I did :
* Uncommented the device_tree_overlay=hifiberry-dacplus line in config.txt
* Also uncommented the dtparam=i2s=on in the same config.txt (saw it in a forum post, seemed to work for OP)
* I've create a asound.conf file where i've put : defaults.ctl.card 1
defaults.pcm.card 1
defaults.timer.card 1
so the DAC is the one used by default on AlsaMixer
* I've disabled the native analogue output in /etc/modules-load.d/raspberrypi.conf
* Choose the Hifiberry Dac+ in the Audio output interface in the RuneUI MPD menu.
I don't know what should I do now... Hope that you can help me!
