ODROID C1+ PCB Rev 0.4 2015/09/30 + ODROID-VU7

Hi,

I help my friend setup system as mine.
ODROID C1+ PCB changed revision to Rev 0.4 2015/09/30
I remove J8.
I find touch screen do not work every time I power it up RuneAudio.
I need to unplug touch screen USB and re-plug it.
Then it works again.

It is not the case in my system.
Please help

Reason found.
Due to failure of power supply.
All works fine after changed another power supply.
