Official Raspberry pi 7" Touchsceen Artifacts

Pi 3B, AUDIOPHONICS I-TDA1387 TCXO DAC HAT , Official Raspberry Pi 7' TS Display, Rune v0.3-beta, YS Audio Linear Regulated PS

Trying to determine the cause of this small square in the upper right hand corner of the display just below the Menu selection. Is this a display HW issue, a under/over scan / config issue, or a driver / Rune issue. Images taken without HAT installed. Same display with it attached.
I did rotate the dispaly from the config to see it the small square moved.

# 180 degrees
lcd_rotate=2
# Normal
#lcd_rotate=0
The display is rotated and the square moves to the lower left corner. I would think rules out a display issue.
Any help, pointers, or something I've overlook, appreciated.

Hello,

This is a firmware warning for an undervoltage condition on the PI board.
If 5.05 is the voltage on the power supply, you should increase it until it reads 5.1V or 5.2V. I had the same on my boards and I tuned the powersupply with a voltmeter connected on the expansion connector in order to read 5.15V.
No more multicolor square (or lightning sign in newer firmwares).

What kind of power supply cable are you using? A USB charging cable or a cable with the jack connector?
