Olive One Status

According to a FAQ response I received 7/8/2017, the company is undergoing a "major reorganization". To me, this suggests things are not well at Olive ONE, and I am about to return the unit I just bought because no one may be around to support and/or repair it. Anyone know more than this?

Hi BriCo,

we had already a about the device.

For me, this device is far away from being an amazing player as described by the manufacturer.
With its 500MB RAM, single core 1GHz CPU it is comparable with the first Raspberry Pi.
But I really like the design and the integrated HDD.

I've read the discussion, but the last entry was December 2016, and no definitive post as to the status of the unit or the company; that's why I posted the question, and included information I received from their Customer Support a few days ago. I have asked them for more information/clarification, but I'm doubtful they will be completely honest if they are struggling to survive. However, I posted anyway to see if anyone else knows more than this.
