Only limited number of folders are indexed/recog. (solved)

Hi,
I'm using RuneAudio on RPi3 with HifiBerry DAC+ and an external USB SSD drive.

I'm indexing my music for the first time, it took all night to update, but only 5 of the 40 folders are indexed. I mean: I only see those 5 folders in the folder-view and only those are indeed findable searching for albums or artists.

But as for as I can see, permissions are the same on the missing folders.

In /var/log/runeaudio/mpd.log I see something about missing headers, but not as much as the number of missing songs (so I don't think that's about the problem).

Most of the folders contain mp3's and FLACs. Some folders have a jpg with cover art.

What can I try?

Should I edit the udevil.conf file, changing ro to rw, like mentioned here: adding-files-to-mounted-usb-drive-t3253.html#p11932 ?

There was some disk error. I reformatted it and put the music again on it, and now every folder is recognised.
