You can use SD Formatter 4.0 for SD/SDHC/SDXC.

1. From the "
Drive" drop down menu, select the drive letter you wish to format.
2. Press the "
Option" button.
3. From the "
FORMAT TYPE" drop down menu, select "
FULL (Overwrite)".
4. From the "
FORMAT SIZE ADJUSTMENT" drop down menu, select "
ON".
5. Press the "
OK" button... and wait until it finishes.
WARNING-1: MAKE SURE you select the correct drive before proceeding!!!
WARNING-2: This WILL OVERWRITE any software on the selected card!!!
