Pi 2 won't boot

I have a pi 2 with no DAC yet. Downloaded the latest beta build RuneAudio_rpi_0.3-beta_20141029_2GB.img (also tried the previous) and created SD card as usual. The pi won't go past the rainbow screen. Just for fun, I tested this same card in an older pi, and it booted fine.

Any ideas?

I actually started with the April 14, 2015 beta, but got nothing when I powered that on. But when I re-downloaded that file, I noticed the file size is different, so I guess the original was fubar. Sometimes you have to remember to check the easy stuff first.
