[DONE] Play/Pause Button Size

Feature Suggestion.
The Play/Pause button on playback screen is fine on desktop.
But very small on phone or tablet.
Instead of having to enlarge the button would it be functional
to toggle play/pause if you tap or click on the song count down dial.

One of the lets you tap the song title text to toggle play/pause.

That's a little more than I was looking for but I will play around
with it and see if I can get it working.

The RU interface is great it's just how small the play and pause are that makes it
difficult to use on a phone any chance of the dev making the middle of the song
counter pause and play toggle?
