playback stops after 2 seconds

Hi,

i had the pi installed with runeaudio accessing the music on my windows 2008 server, and everything worked perfectly. Then i had to reinstall the server on new hardware, same operating system, and shared the same files for the same user. Now the playback on the pi stops after 2 seconds. When i jump in the middle of the track i get another 2 seconds before it stops.

I read that it might be some parameter regarding the share (unix / nounix), but since i use the standard share-mechanism on the very same operating system i dont know how to apply that solution, if that's causing the error.

Does any of this make sense?

Noone has any idea?

It's just a normal share on a windows 2008 server, which was working until i reinstalled with the very same operating system. I changed nothing on my PI with RuneAudio. And i am out of options what to do tbh ...
