Hi Frank,
removed pulseaudio.
I also tried the git pull, but it obviously failed.
I'm still having trouble with HDMI output and the network problems hav not disappeared either.

Did the git pull not work? I will check again...

@Tinitus: have to check your post, all went to fast here :)

Hi Frank,
I need to look into this tomorrow, I did not see any difference yet.
The error messages on git pull has gone, but otherwise things are still the same.
Sorry I have quit for today.

Hi,

the git pull worked for me, meaning the update was done. I have no HDMI cable so I cannot check whether I get HDMI audio. I installed a Ramdisk in a subfolder under local storage and made a second partition on the SD card as well which I put in a seperate subfolder under local storage. Works a treat. I prefer RuneAudios visualisation of the different storage devices. I know have configured RuneAudio exactly like I want it to be :D .
But hey, mpd pipe out? and brutefir
Frank the files (better the links) you posted on page:

the-new-4-core-raspberry-pi-t862-150.html?hilit=Quadcore%20pi

are the ones I need in order to do this if I am correct?

I would transfer them to the C1 via Filezilla and then use pacman -U in order to install them right?

If I wanted to use only one filter in brutefir in order to avoid loading different filter files in console I would need to up/downsample music files. I do not want to dothis with mpd but preferably with sox. Then I would need to pipe out first to sox and then to brutefir and then into the DAC. Is sox already in the RuneAudio image for C1.

Again many thanks for the nice work Frank and special thanks for also caring for particular user problems as the driver problem with my wifi dongle

Good night

Hi Tinitus,

nice to hear that it works.

Take a look in the root folder of your device!

Sox is installed.
