Problem: Cant see mounted nfs files in Network mounts.

Postby simplicissimus » 23 Dec 2015, 15:39

I have an Rasperry Pi 2 wit Rune audio 0,4 beta. in sources i added a new nfs mount from my Windows 2008 Server which worked without problems. So far so fine. IN the library i can also see that there is one network mount when i click on network mounts i get an empty screen. No files, no directory. So i logged in with ssh and looked into the directory /mnt/MPD/NAS and there i can see the mounted networ volume including files and directorys. i am really perplexed about this. i rebooted dismounted and remounted , the volume is there but rune audio doesnt see it.
Im sure im the first one with this problem, because i couldnt find anythin in the web about a similair problem. If anyone has an idea i´d really be grateful.

Hi ,

in most cases this is a permission problem.

Mpd runs as user mpd, using ssh you root.

You can try to modify the settings on your windows machine or change the Daemon user : group.
See Menue->MPD->Daemon user : group
