Question about RuneUI update while changing MPD settings

Hello.

I plan to use Runeaudio on a Raspberry PI with the HifiBerry DAC to replace my broken Squeezebox. in addition to RuneUI via iPad or cell phone I would like to use an or remote control (lirc) and add a huge LeD dot matrix display. My plan was writing a small application in C++ in order to get a menu on the display.
My question: if I change MPD settings (playlist, actual song...) does RuneUI automatically update as well?

Hi flxmx, if you mean interacting with MPD status or playlist, the answer is yes. RuneUI will reflect all the playback related changes made by any other third party client.
