quick way to alter queue

I might have missed this but is there any way to quickly add a whole cd to the queue for listening? right now I'm clicking on each song one at a time them when I'm done, have to click one at a time to remove. rinse and repeat. I really like the idea of this software but I'd really like to use it where I could play a cd or 2 without a lot of clicking all the time

Just click on the right button, next to the album, works also for the artist.
