Hi,
I'm just playing with my R-Pi 2, and trying to get Runeaudio working with an old Creative SB X-fi Go! SB1100 that I had lying around.
I have release version: 0.4 (build: beta-20160313) & a WD My Passport Ultra 1TB
I'm getting
a) terrible tinny sound,
b) low on LH channel,
c) very regularly (every 10-ish seconds) there's a 'tztztzuuuuurppp' type noise.
The same USB soundcard works fine on the laptop with Ubuntu
I really am out of my depth here, but have been playing and have:
1. Set the max_usb_current=1 (hadto to get the WD powered up)
2. Tried with a powered USB hub,
3. Played Jamendo Jazz Radio instead of from my external hard drive
1. and 2. didn't seem to do much, but 3. seems to have solved a) and b), but I still have c)
Any ideas?
