This article by Archimago has some useful background.

Note that he appears to have got the syntax wrong in one of his settings, 'sdram_over_voltage' should be 'over_voltage_sdram'.

See this thread too.

Yes, sometimes these lines need to be added. ;)

Otherwise, change the lines that are already there.

well in detail my steps.

audio output: ifi (by Amr)
volume control:disable
dsd: enabled
soundsignature : Archlinux default
airplay:off
local browser:off
aply reboot

after this i go to sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/disable_rpi3_wifi_bt.conf and i put these
##wifi
blacklist brcmfmac
blacklist brcmutil
##bt
#blacklist btbcm
#blacklist hci_uart
systemctl disable netctl-auto@wlan0

also in nano /boot/cmdline.txt i leave everything as it is but i write before the quiet this all in one line.
dwc_otg.microframe_schedule=0 dwc_otg.nak_holdoff_enable=1 dwc_otg.fiq_fix_enable=0 smsc95xx.turbo_mode=N dwc_otg.lpm_enable=0 maxcpus=1 quiet

and in sudo nano /boot/config.txt i change the folllowing
gpu_mem=64 to 16

and in the end of all this logs i write the following

disable_pvt=1

# uncomment to overclock the arm
avoid_pwm_pll=1
arm_freq=666
sdram_freq=333
core_freq=333
gpu_freq=300
over_voltage=-10

sdram_schmoo=0x02000020
over_voltage_sdram_p=-5
over_voltage_sdram_i=-14
over_voltage_sdram_c=-6

so i wll wait to tell if i am right i these modifications. thanx a lot in advanced

Hi nickvas19,

Let's assume you've made the entries correctly - does RuneAudio still work? This is always the best test!

Does it sound better?
