Remove Volume Indicator When Volume Disabled

I would like to make a formal request for the Volume Control display to be removed from the UI when volume control is disabled.

If the space saved could be used for some larger control icons, that would be a bonus.
(Pi 3B, rAudio-1, JLS I2S over USB)
