Retrieve SD-Card after flashing

Hello, guys,
I just wanted to start through with my raspberry pi 3 and RuneAudio when i realized that my pi actually needs a micro sd card instead of a sd . Unfortunately I already flashed my 32gb sd before getting that epiphany. Does someone know any kind of way to retrieve the sd to a windows-compatible format?

Just format it to a windows compatible format with the disk tools

Thank you very much, win32diskimager did not provide an option for restoring but after taking a look at the homepage of usb image tool for 10 seconds the problem was solved quite easily. Thank you very much!
