RII I8 Play/Pause and Mute not working

Have Rune installed on a PI3b and a RII I8 Mini keyboard installed. The next song and previous song button are working along with the volume up/down. But the play/pause button is not working along with the mute.

I have gotten the mouse cursor turned on with the help of the forum, so I can use the track pad.

I want to use this in a car so I'd like to get the button working instead of having to move the mouse over the play button.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for responding.

The file in place matched the one you sent, but you set me on the path to fix the play/pause issue. I replaced "mpc play" with "mpc toggle".
I saved and rebooted. It now works.

Don't know why mute isn't working, but since I can pause I don't need the mute.
